I hope you enjoy the latest Info Hub for November.  Keeping you updated with the latest information for both Liberate I.T. and NetSuite is important to our ethos. We are living, breathing, and talking NetSuite all day and so it is important to us that we share as much of that information as possible with our customers.  We understand you have your own job to do, and your own business to run, and so our Info Hub is a great way for us to recap and update you on what has happened in the last month and also allow you to reserve space in your diary for what is ahead.

Liberate I.T.’s vision is to be NetSuite’s most respected partner – not the largest, not the broadest – but a company who builds long term relationships and respect from its customers based on excellent delivery.  I have the privilege of working with some of the most knowledgeable, sharp, yet down-to-earth people in the business.  Having worked with a large number of diverse teams in my career, they really are the best in the business. Sadly, this last month we farewelled our Support Manager, Hemal Rana who fell into this category.  The danger with having the best is they are appealing to very large companies and so we farewelled Hemal for an important step in his career.  Hemal was instrumental in making a number of improvements in our support experience, and these will endure long into the future.  Should that not be the case for you on any occasion, please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to me and I would love to talk to you about any further improvements we can make.

Despite the challenging year I think we have all had both professionally and personally, there is a lot to be grateful for.  Working with this team and looking after a customer base who are as engaging as you all are has certainly been a privilege and I’m looking forward to wrapping up our webinar series on a high note. We have a session on the 3rd  of November for the Learning Cloud Support Pass.  In preparing for this I have been surprised by what is on offer here, and so would encourage you not to miss it.  Bariza is based in Singapore and so we are running this at a new time, so keep an eye out for this.  I have also secured Lasse to present all things manufacturing to you.  Whether you have a simple assembly or have a need for full blown manufacturing, Lasse will take you through all of this in NetSuite, including how to use mobile for manufacturing.  This will definitely be worth checking out, so please come along to that webinar on the 17th of November.

Have a great month ahead, as always please don’t hesitate to get in touch should you need anything.

Kind Regards

Andrew Linegar.
