A dedicated team of 30+ experts

Our experience has shown us all the success and challenges of the traditional approach of selling and implementing ERP solutions, and from our experience, we’ve developed our way of doing things. We’ve now built up a stable of over 30 NetSuite specialists, with many having NetSuite Industry-specific skillsets.

We decided early on that NetSuite would be our ERP of choice, as its flexibility and cloud-based model allowed us to build a company that was based on designing processes that fitted our customers, while also being able to introduce our industry experience to advise the best practice processes.

Remote cloud based business

We decided from early on to walk the cloud walk. We decided to show our customers that a large and successful practice can be built based on the cloud-centric principles of working anywhere and anytime. This meant, that after only one year we ditched the office and we ditched the commute. This also accomplished a deeply held belief within Liberate that work-life balance was paramount to having a happy and engaged workforce. We trusted our staff then, and more than 8 years and 30 people later we’re still deep believers in that model.

We’ve built our implementation methodology around optimising processes. This means merging the best of your processes, the best of NetSuite, and the best of all our consultants’ knowledge and experience. Liberate I.T. helps businesses advance forward to their operational best.

We put our people first

From inception Liberate I.T. wanted to be the exception to the rule. The tech industry has terrible statistics around employee churn, mental health and burn out. We don’t want to add to those statistics, so we made “our people” a pillar of our company ethos.

From day one we have run all operations remotely from both Australia and New Zealand. By providing our staff with home office set-ups we have unlocked the ultimate work-life balance for our people.
