Working with multiple, old and non-integrated systems was acting as a major and expensive obstacle to managing our business, so the decision was made to select a modern, cloud-based ERP system to replace our legacy software. We talked to most of the recognised providers in this sector but NetSuite stood out from the pack with better out of the box functionality and more powerful reporting tools. The support and understanding of our requirements by our NetSuite partner, Liberate I.T. also provided assurance that we were moving to a well-supported and continuously improving system.
