He has diverse experience across a range of different industries including FMCG, financial services, recruitment and technology. Having spent nearly 10 years in leadership roles he has a real passion for building highly engaged and motivated teams and growing and developing his people. Kenny has been part of the ELMO team in New Zealand for several years. Originally from Scotland, Kenny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his work in Senior Leadership, Learning & Development and extensive people management roles within the Financial Services Sector. Kenny works with key decision makers and senior leaders to deliver strategic HR technology solutions that are suited to automating and quantifying data in their organisations. By understanding the client’s specific needs, Kenny and his team works to ensure that the most appropriate elements of the ELMO Cloud HR and Payroll platform are selected, implemented and integrated to optimise an organisation’s strategic HR success.
