NetSuite have just released a new module called ‘My Account’. The purpose of My Account makes it easier for your customers to do business with you. It provides them with access to all the details they need, all the while featuring a modern user interface. MyAccount reduces manual work, with capabilities such as converting online quotes to sales orders, paying invoices, managing subscriptions, as well as repeat purchasing. Contacts can quickly and easily perform common tasks such as updating their address book, managing their credit cards on file and viewing gift card balances, order history and generating their own statements.
