Liberate I.T. Company Acquisition

Liberate I.T. New Zealand today announced the acquisition of CloudNex PTY Limited and the concurrent establishment of Liberate I.T. Australia PTY Limited. The CloudNex team and customer base will transition to Liberate I.T. Australia, which began trading on July 1, 2018.

“The NetSuite client base is growing significantly as businesses realise the benefits of cloud-based applications,” says Jim Brodie, Liberate I.T. Director. “Our move into the Australian market is a natural progression for us, on the back of a strong record in New Zealand, and recognition that A/NZ is one of NetSuite’s fastest growing markets globally. In CloudNex we have a partner with similar values to our own, and with a proven base from which to grow our Australian operations.”

“Our client base stands to benefit from this merger in several ways, including access to a wider pool of specialist NetSuite consultants, continued investment in research and training and delivery of high value, cost-effective consulting advice”.

About CloudNex

CloudNex began its professional practice in selling and implementation NetSuite ERP software in 2012. Its growth over the years has been predominantly internal, stemming from the referrals of its client base and those of other professionals. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced good growth over the past several years.
