Changes to currency exchange rate integration

Oracle NetSuite has made a change to the availability of Refinitiv (formerly known as Thomson Reuters) as an exchange rate provider in NetSuite.

On 1 October 2021 the Refinitiv integration will no longer be supported.

We recommend customers check their integration provider at Setup / Accounting / Preferences and if Refinitiv is currently used plan to change this to Xignite (https://www.xignite.com/why-xignite) on the 1^st day of the month to allow a clean cutover between Refinitiv and Xignite provider rates.

NetSuite regularly assesses the exchange rate providers it makes available through the Oracle NetSuite service and advises they may add or remove rate providers in the future.
